Communication analytics

The Communication tab of the analytics page shows how many times appointment messages were sent on each channel and your remaining monthly quota.

Channels

WhatsApp is shown first, email second; SMS only appears if your account has an SMS quota (Ultra). For each channel you can track daily trends and totals.

Quota management

When the monthly quota is exhausted, no new automatic messages are sent on that channel. Upgrade your plan for a higher quota.

Monthly WhatsApp quotas: Free 100, Premium 500, Elite 1,500, Ultra 5,000.
