Channels
WhatsApp is shown first, email second; SMS only appears if your account has an SMS quota (Elite or Ultra). For each channel you can track daily trends and totals.
Quota management
When the monthly quota is exhausted, no new automatic messages are sent on that channel. Upgrade your plan for a higher quota.
Monthly WhatsApp quotas: Free 50, Premium 500, Elite 1,500, Ultra 5,000.
