Contact messages

Messages sent from the contact section of your site collect on the Contact messages page. The content is stored encrypted for privacy and read only from the panel.

Viewing messages

Unread messages are flagged with a badge. You can open a message, mark it read, and search. When a new message arrives you get a panel notification and (if enabled) an email.

Replying

You can reply by email. If you use the email proxy feature, your personal email address is not shown to the customer.

Toggle notification preferences from Settings → Messages & Notifications.
