Creating an appointment manually

You can create appointments that came in by phone, message, or in person yourself. Use the New appointment button on the Appointments page.

Creating the appointment

On the New appointment screen you pick the date/time, customer details, and (if any) a service. You can set a custom time even if it doesn't match an open slot.

  1. On the Appointments page, click New appointment.
  2. Choose the date and time.
  3. Enter the customer name and contact info, and pick a service if relevant.
  4. Save; the appointment is added directly to your calendar.

Details and payment

Manually created appointments can also include notes, a payment status (paid / pending), and can be updated later from the detail page.

Notifications

Manually created appointments are part of the notification and reminder flow too; if you entered the customer's contact info, confirmation/reminder messages can be sent.

If you don't want a message sent to the customer, leave the contact fields blank or turn off the relevant message types in settings.
