List, search, and sort
The list loads in pages; search (reference, name, email, phone) and sort from the top. Your sort preference is remembered.
- Status and payment badges appear on each row.
- Use the pending filter to see only appointments awaiting approval.
- Past appointments that aren't resolved yet show an action hint.
Appointment detail
Click an appointment to see contact info, form answers, payment status, files, provider notes, the survey result, and the client's appointment history on one page. Status changes, rescheduling, and payment updates happen here.
Statuses
Each appointment has a status: Pending approval, Confirmed, Completed, No-show, and several cancellation types. Changing the status triggers automations like notifications, reminders, and calendar sync.
