Notifications

There are two kinds of notifications: provider notifications you receive (email, in-app, mobile push) and appointment messages sent to your customers. Both are managed separately.

Provider notifications

From the notification preferences in Settings → Messages & Notifications, choose to receive email, in-app, and (in the mobile app) push notifications for events like new appointment, cancellation, and reminder.

Client messages

Messages like confirmation, reminder, cancellation, reschedule, and thank-you go to your customers. Turn them on/off, set the reminder lead time, and pick the channel (WhatsApp or SMS) in Settings → Messages & Notifications.

The default channel is WhatsApp. SMS is only available with the Ultra plan's monthly SMS quota as a backup/extra channel.

In-app notification center

The Notifications page collects new appointments, payments, cancellation requests, email replies, and system alerts in one place. You can mark all as read and jump to the related appointment quickly.
