File storage

The Storage section (Settings → Subscription & Usage) shows the space used by files uploaded to appointments. When the quota is full, new uploads are blocked.

Usage

Only client files uploaded to appointments count toward the quota. Profile photos, gallery, and site images are not included.

Management

On Premium and above you can list and delete files individually. On the Free plan there is an option to clear all attachments at once.

Plan limits

Storage space: Free 50 MB, Premium 500 MB, Elite 2 GB, Ultra 10 GB.
