Enabling
First make sure your plan includes this feature and that WhatsApp is configured.
- Enable Phone OTP verification in Settings → Appointments.
- Add the Phone verification step to the booking flow in the form builder.
Customer flow
The customer enters their phone number, confirms the 6-digit WhatsApp code, then continues to booking or payment. The code is valid for 5 minutes and there is a short cooldown before resending.
The step is skipped for invite-link bookings and when the customer doesn't enter a phone number.
