Creating a service
On the Services page, New service lets you enter a name, duration, price (or free), and description. You can drag to reorder services, archive, or deactivate them.
- On the Services page click New service.
- Enter the name, duration, and price.
- Set visibility and rules, then save.
Categories, add-ons, and bundles
Group services into categories (e.g. Hair / Spa), define add-ons (extras that add price and time), and bundles (combinations of services at a single price).
Categories, add-ons, and bundles are on Premium and above; image galleries and per-service calendar linking are on Elite and above.
Per-service rules
For each service you can set rules separately: minimum lead time, how far in advance it can be booked, whether it needs approval, the cancellation window, and online/in-person eligibility.
Plan limits
The number of active services depends on the plan: Free 5, Premium 25, Elite 100, Ultra unlimited. A service that has appointments referencing it can't be deleted; archive it instead.
