How it works
When you email a customer, the reply address is set to a platform-owned address (e.g. r-...{'@'}domain). When the customer replies, the message drops automatically into the thread in the panel.
Compose and inbox
Pick a contact from past appointments and requests to write a new email, or view incoming threads. Thread content is stored encrypted.
Quotas
Daily and monthly limits apply to emails you send to clients from the dashboard; at most 6 emails per day can go to the same recipient. Automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and survey invites do not count toward this quota. When the quota is reached, manual sends are temporarily blocked.
Daily / monthly panel email: Free 5/10, Premium 20/50, Elite 50/200, Ultra 200/unlimited.
