The Appointment requests page shows name, phone, email, and message. You can filter requests by status (pending / contacted / closed) and search.
Following up
Reach the customer by WhatsApp or phone to set a time, then mark the request Contacted or Closed. If you opened a suitable slot, you can create a manual appointment and send the customer a link.
Appointment requests are different from messages sent via the site contact form; contact messages are listed on a separate page.
