Calendar

The calendar is where you manage your weekly schedule: open availability slots, see appointments, and plan your day at a glance. All times are shown in your provider timezone.

Adding availability

Click an empty cell to create a slot. For each slot you can set duration, price, a note, and a location (online / in person); if you have a service catalog you can bind the slot to a specific service.

  1. Click an empty time on the calendar.
  2. Set duration, price, and location (online slots can auto-add a Meet/Zoom link).
  3. Save; the slot appears on your public booking page instantly.

Mock UI preview

To close a time to bookings, mark that range as a block; blocked slots are not shown on the public page.

Appointment view

Pending, confirmed, completed, and cancelled appointments are shown in different colors. Click an appointment to open a side panel with its status, contact info, and form answers; from there you can cancel or open the full detail.

Multiple calendars

Depending on your plan you can create more than one calendar (e.g. two locations or service types). Assign slots to the relevant calendar; each calendar can have its own public booking link.

Calendar count depends on the plan: Free/Premium 1, Elite 2, Ultra 4.

Google busy layer

Connect Google Calendar and enable two-way sync, and your external Google events appear as busy on the calendar, blocking bookings during those times. You can show or hide this layer.

Tips

Create a weekly template for your recurring schedule and apply it in one click instead of opening slots by hand. To hide client names in lists, enable name masking in Appointment settings.
