Getting started

With Ranovu you get a professional booking site and a dashboard to run it in minutes. This guide covers the recommended order from signup to your first customer booking. Take your time - everything can be changed later in the panel.

1. Create your account

Sign up with email (magic link) or phone. Phone verification helps secure your account, and email verification is required before you can publish your site.

  1. Sign up at https://app.ranovu.com.
  2. Click the magic link in your email, or enter the phone code.
  3. Verify your phone number when prompted (prevents spam accounts).
Custom-domain business emails may need review if not on the trusted-provider list; common addresses such as Gmail, Outlook, and iCloud are accepted directly.

2. Build your site with AI

On first login an AI assistant greets you. After you share your profession, name, and answer a few questions, your site is generated automatically with hero, about, services, FAQ, testimonials, and contact sections - and published.

The assistant does not ask for hours, prices, or your calendar; you set those later in the panel. The chat only shapes your site's copy and tone.

Prefer to skip the wizard and start from a blank draft? You can also edit every section manually in the site builder.

3. Review and publish

Edit the design, sections, and copy in the site builder. Your subdomain (e.g. yourname.ranovu.com) works the moment you publish.

  1. Preview your draft live in the site builder.
  2. Edit the sections you need and click Save.
  3. Use Publish to make the site public.
Your email must be verified to publish; otherwise publishing is blocked and a verification notice appears.

4. Add availability

Customers can only pick a time when your calendar has availability. Open individual slots, or create a weekly template and apply your recurring schedule in one click.

When creating a slot you can set duration, price, a note, and the location (online / in person). With no availability, no times appear on the booking page.

5. Share your booking link

Use View site or Copy link at the top of the panel to get your public address. Share it in your social bios, WhatsApp status, and email signature.

6. When your first booking arrives

When a customer books, you get a panel notification and an email. Most bookings arrive as Pending approval first; once you approve, the customer gets a confirmation and (if enabled) a reminder is scheduled.

You control which bookings auto-approve and which messages are sent from Settings.
