Satisfaction survey

The satisfaction survey is sent to the customer automatically after an appointment is marked Completed. You collect feedback with a star rating and the questions you add.

Building the survey

In the survey builder, AI can draft a profession-appropriate template; then you edit the questions. The question list is on the left, a preview in the center, and the editor on the right.

Question types and limit

Add single choice, multiple choice, text, yes/no, and scale (1-5) questions. Drag to reorder.

The number of questions depends on the plan: Premium 5, Elite 10, Ultra 20. Surveys are on Premium and above; Free can try a 30-day trial.

Dispatch

When an appointment is completed, the survey invite is sent via email and WhatsApp after the delay you set. If a survey invite is enabled, it replaces the standard thank-you message.

Results

Responses appear on the appointment detail and the analytics page; you can track average rating, response rate, and per-question breakdown.
