Post-visit reminders

Post-visit reminders send an automatic follow-up message to the customer a set number of days after a completed appointment, making it easy to rebook. Available on Premium and above.

Enabling

Turn on the feature from the Post-visit reminder card in Settings → Messages & Notifications and pick the message channel (email / WhatsApp).

Timing

You set how many days after completion the message goes out. It's sent with your booking link to encourage a new appointment.
