Analytics

The analytics dashboard shows metrics like site traffic, appointment performance, communication channels, and (Elite+) revenue across tabs. Use the period picker to change the date range.

Basic analytics

Visit count, appointment count, the conversion funnel, and daily/hourly trends are in basic analytics.

Advanced and revenue analytics

Audience breakdown and revenue analytics unlock on Elite and above. The revenue tab shows paid amounts, a currency filter, and per-service revenue breakdown.

Communication tab

Track WhatsApp, email, and (if any) SMS send counts and your monthly quota usage in this tab. See the Communication analytics guide for details.
