Card / PayTR
If card payment doesn't start, check your PayTR merchant details and that the callback URL is configured correctly.
- Bank decline at 3D Secure: suggest a different card to the customer.
- Online payment not showing: make sure your plan includes online payment (Elite+).
- Payment session expired: the slot reopens after ~30 minutes.
IBAN / bank transfer
With the IBAN option the appointment is created immediately; you confirm the payment from the panel once the transfer arrives. Make sure your IBAN details are complete in payment settings.
Slot appears locked
An in-progress payment session temporarily hides that time. Once it expires or the payment completes, the status clears.
Don't refresh the redirect page after a successful payment; to avoid duplicate records, the system completes the appointment automatically.
