CNAME record
When you add your domain, the panel shows a CNAME target. You must create this record exactly, with the correct host name, at your DNS provider. A wrong host name is the most common verification error.
SSL status
Once DNS is set correctly, the SSL certificate is provisioned automatically. The status progresses initializing → pending → active; wait a short while until it becomes active.
Propagation time
DNS changes can take time to propagate across the internet. The panel checks status automatically at intervals; manual refresh is limited to short intervals.
