My site won't publish
Your email must be verified to publish. Check your verification status in account settings; resend the verification email if needed.
Customers can't pick a time
If no times show on the booking page, there's most likely no availability. Add slots from the calendar or apply a weekly template. If Google two-way sync is on, external events may have closed some times.
Messages/notifications aren't sending
Make sure the relevant message type is enabled in Settings → Messages & Notifications and that your monthly quota isn't exhausted. If the WhatsApp quota is full, messages won't be sent.
