Card payment (checkout)

Online card payment works like e-commerce: the payment is taken first, and the appointment is created on success. This prevents unpaid ghost appointments. Online payment is available on Elite and above.

Flow

When the customer chooses card at the payment step, a payment session opens and they are redirected to the PayTR screen. Once the payment is confirmed, the appointment is created automatically and the customer returns to the thank-you page.

Slot lock

Until payment completes, the selected time is briefly reserved (about 30 minutes) so no one else can take it. If the time runs out or the payment fails, the slot reopens.

If payment fails

If the card payment fails, the customer can retry with a different card or (if enabled) switch to bank transfer. For troubleshooting, see the Payment issues guide.
