File uploads (visitor)

If the file step is enabled in the form builder, customers can upload files (PDF, images) during booking. The step is optional; the customer can continue without uploading.

Upload flow

Files are uploaded securely from the customer's browser and linked to the created appointment. PDF, JPEG, PNG, and WebP are supported.

Limits

File size and count are limited; uploaded files count toward your storage quota. When the quota is full, new uploads are blocked.

If you use a custom domain, the upload service must allow your domain for uploads to work; if you run into issues, contact support.
