Booking portal
The portal shows the date-time, status, reference code, location, and (if online, the confirmed meeting link). For privacy, name, email, and phone are shown masked.
Cancellation and cancellation request
Within the cancellation window the customer can cancel themselves and the time reopens. After the window, if you allow it, the customer sends a cancellation request that you approve from the panel.
You set the cancellation rule (how many hours before) in Settings → Appointment settings.
