Google Meet

Google Meet is not a separate account-it is part of your Google Calendar connection. On Premium and above you can generate automatic meeting links for online appointments and turn the toggle off anytime. Customers receive links via confirmation and reminders; you see the same link in the panel and in Google Calendar.

Connecting your Google account (OAuth)

To use Meet you must connect Google Calendar under Settings → Integrations. When you click Connect, Google's consent screen opens; if you approve calendar access, the connection completes and your linked email appears in the panel.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations in the panel.
  2. On the Google Calendar card, click Connect.
  3. In the Google window, choose your account and approve permissions.
  4. After a successful connection, pick which calendar should receive appointments.

If you cancel or deny access on Google's screen, nothing is connected-you can try again with Connect. If the session expires or you see a token error, the panel prompts you to reconnect.

Turning automatic Meet links on or off

With Google Calendar connected and automatic sync enabled, you will see the Auto Google Meet link toggle. When it is on, online appointments get a Meet link if the slot has no manual URL; when you turn it off, new appointments no longer get automatic Meet links-existing stored links are not removed.

If your plan does not include Meet, the toggle is locked (Premium+). Free plan users can also enable it via the one-time 30-day integrations trial.

When is the link created?

After an appointment is approved, the system creates a Google Calendar event with a Meet conference for online slots without a manual meeting URL. The link is stored on the appointment and appears on your Google Calendar event. You can copy it from the appointment detail page in the panel.

Delivery to the customer and to you

The Meet link is sent to the customer via WhatsApp (default) and through confirmation email / reminder flows. Google may take a few seconds to generate the link; when it lands, customers may receive a dedicated “online meeting ready” notification (if a reminder is scheduled, the link is usually sent with or right after that reminder). You track the same link in the panel and on your connected Google calendar.

Using alongside Zoom

Automatic Google Meet and automatic Zoom cannot both be on. Enabling Meet auto-link turns off Zoom auto-link (or the other way around). Which provider applies to an online slot follows your calendar or form online-provider preference.

Disconnecting Google under Integrations stops new Meet links and Google Calendar sync.
