Push notifications
The app's core purpose is to keep you informed of important events instantly, even when you're away from the panel.
- New appointments and appointment requests
- Approvals and cancellations
- Upcoming appointment reminders
- Other panel notifications (payment, contact message, etc.)
As long as you're signed in, tapping a notification opens the related screen (e.g. the appointment detail).
Granting notification permission
Push notifications require granting your phone's notification permission.
- Open the app and sign in to the panel.
- Approve the notification permission prompt on first launch.
- If you declined or it's off, enable it from the notification card in the app or from your phone settings.
You can turn the permission on or off any time from your phone settings.
Notes
The app is a secure shell around your web panel; it uses the same account and the same features as the web. File download and sharing are supported. In short, you can do everything you do on the web on mobile, plus get instant notifications.
