Encryption
Personal data such as contact details and sensitive form answers are stored encrypted. IP addresses used for analytics are not kept in raw form; they are hashed to protect privacy.
Data and your rights
What data is processed and your rights are explained in our Privacy Policy. To hide client names in panel lists, enable name masking under Settings → Appointments.
Consent archive
Customers give KVKK / explicit consent during booking; these consents are archived as proof. Legal texts are presented combined with your site's information.
