Security and privacy

The platform uses field-level encryption and KVKK-compliant processes to protect customer data. This guide summarizes the core principles.

Encryption

Personal data such as contact details and sensitive form answers are stored encrypted. IP addresses used for analytics are not kept in raw form; they are hashed to protect privacy.

What data is processed and your rights are explained in our Privacy Policy. To hide client names in panel lists, enable name masking under Settings → Appointments.
