Terms
- Slot: an available appointment time customers can pick.
- Provider: the person who offers services and owns the panel (you).
- Tenant site: your published public booking site.
- Subdomain: an address like yourname.ranovu.com.
- Custom domain: a domain you own (Ultra).
- Quota: a monthly/daily usage limit for a feature.
- Manual email: an email you write to a client yourself on the Email page (your own subject and text). It has its own monthly allowance; automated notification emails do not count toward it.
- Pending approval: a new booking you haven't approved yet.
- Checkout session: the temporary payment session opened during card payment.
- Webhook: an automatic notification that forwards events to your system.
